New menu getting great reviews!

The new menu in 1877 Pasta & Wine Bar only launched last week, and the reviews are starting to come in already! 

We love that our customers come in, have a great experience and want to share on TripAdvisor. We encourage all our guests to share their experiences good or bad (hopefully never). Here are some food shots from our recent photo shoot, WARNING these will make you hungry! 

Barramundi oven baked served on a roasted corn and red onion salsa then lemon dressed

agnello smoked rack of lamb on skordalia with tomato chutney and garlic aioli (Our favourite Dish!)

polpette in umido spicy beef meatballs in rich tomato and basil salsa with pesto

pate di fegato di pollo pate of chicken livers and port with toasted breads and pickles (perfect starter)

brodetto di pesce salmon, barramundi, prawns, calamari and mussels in a rich saffron and tomato broth with herbs & grilled foccacia

bistecca scotch fillet steak chargrilled & served with a swiss brown mushroom crouton and fire roasted capsicum

Valentine's Day

We now have our delicious menu's to tempt you for Valentine's Day. Our Chef has really made it special for all the lovers out there. 

Being a Sunday we thought we would offer a special Valentine's Lunch, for those that can't make it in for dinner. The menu does not disappoint with two generous share platters for main and dessert!

But if lunch is not your thing and you want to stick to a more traditional Valentine's dinner then look no further. We have a scrumptious 3 courses starting with Oysters and Sparkling Wine what is there not to love?

We're back for 2016 with an exciting offer:

Dine in 1877 Pasta & Wine Bar with the family between Tuesday and Thursday and kids 12 & under will eat for free! They can choose from 3 options, our fresh hand made pasta, chicken and chips or bruschetta! 

For the parents an exciting NEW MENU will also be available from Tuesday 19 January 2016 with a new selection of Fresh Hand Made Pastas to choose from!

It falls on a Sunday this year, so we thought it best to keep it relaxed and casual with two options at our 1877 Pasta & Wine Bar. They say time flies when you're having fun, it certainly applies for the year Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre has had! We take a look at some photos from our corporate and in-house events we have had the pleasure of hosting. We're looking forward to doing it all over again in 2016!
